Product Description

This chip resetter unit is designed for enthusiast or professional refillers with multiple Canon printers and/or cartridges that need to be reset.

This particular unit is compatible with most European models (see specification below) and with its USB power cable (provided) allows you to forget about battery replacement.

To use this unit you simply

  1. plug the unit cable into the REdSETTER and an available USB socket (for power)
    Tip: Your printers front USB socket can power this unit too
  2. slot it into the guiding grooves so that the pins make contact with your cartridge chip
  3. wait for a single short red LED blip followed by a longer LED burst
  4. that's it...

As with other REdSETTER units, it comes with a removeable guide to aid correct positioning of CLI-8/521/526 cartridges.... and remove for PGI-5/520/525 cartridges.
