  1. I’m always sceptical about cure-all claims... – 5/5

    "My Epson DX8400 printer gave out the frustrating message that the ink pad was full and it would only allow shut down. I was desperate to print and immediately started looking at buying a new printer but then noticed Octoinkjet.

    I’m always sceptical about cure-all claims on the web and thought, no it can’t be that simple... but give it a go, not too much to lose.

    In a way I was right – IT WAS EVEN SIMPLER! I’m no IT whizz but within 10 minutes my printer was up and running again, so much quicker than buying a new printer and a lot cheaper.

    "Well packed and in good condition, quality of product first class. Enclosed instructions are OK but some clarifications required. Contacted support who gave an immediate response installation took just a couple of minutes."
