OctoInkjet has now finished processing orders for 2018.
ie: placed before 12 noon on Thursday 20th December (2018).
All orders received over the 2018 Christmas period will be dispatched on or just after January 2nd 2019.
Digital orders for WICReset keys will go out as normal unless flagged for manual intervention.
We appreciate that this may not be ideal but postal and courier systems, over the Christmas period, are usually chaotic, resulting in a much greater level of loss, package damage and general frustration for all concerned.
To limit this, we actively choose to avoid it completely while, of course, enjoying some well earned time off with our families and friends.
As a way of offsetting the inconvenience, from Dec' 20th (12:01 GMT) to Dec' 31st (23:59 GMT) a 5% discount coupon code is now available for any order over the value of £40.00 (inc' VAT).

All orders will now be held for dispatch on or just after January 2nd 2019 after which we should be back to a normal schedule.
This includes all orders purchased with "Next Day", Fedex, or similar shipping services.
We will not be able to guarantee express delivery until we have cleared the backlog and returned to some sort of "normal". So, please do allow for processing time and for any unforseen issues that may crop up while we're away.
If you are reading this notice and your printer is displaying the dreaded service error message about your waste ink pads, don't panic. In most cases your printer will still have a healthy amount of waste ink capacity remaining so you should be able to reset your waste ink counter and use your printer while you wait for us to return. So your options are:
Whatever your decision, we would strongly recommend that you place your printer on a lipped tray with some absorbent padding underneath as a precaution against any potential leakage.
Note: If your printer requires multiple printhead cleans we would recommend you not rely on the excess capacity in your pads but instead wait until a replacement porous pad or Printer Potty has been fitted.
Phone Support will be unavailable from 12 noon GMT on Friday 21st until January 2nd. Voicemail will be active but a response is unlikely except on 27th, 28th and 31st of December.
Email/Helpdesk Support will be active over the entire period but we will not be answering emails over weekends and during Christmas, Boxing Day (25th/26th) or New Years Day. Responses may take up to 72 hours during this time although we may reply sooner if the opportunity presents itself.
For obvious reasons, as we are a family business, spending time with family is important so we hope you'll understand why we won't be focusing on this business during our holiday time.
