The WICReset (iWIC) tool is a new utility that can reset many of the newer printers that until now could not be reset (eg: Artisan 810, Workforce 1100, PX710W, etc...)

Using the tool to reset your printer requires a "key" (like an activation code) which this listing allows you to purchase.

• One WICReset key to allow reset of a compatible printer

Limitations:

• The WICReset will allow you to check/read your waste counter (if your printer is compatible) without a key.
• Each Key can only be used once.
• Key purchases can be refunded once purchased but only under certain conditions (see Returns/Refund information)

Compatibility:

• Please check the Quickfind tool for your printer model to see if your printer is supported by this utility (or a cheaper/better one)
• Downloading and running the WICReset/iWIC tool will allow you to see if your connected printers are compatible.

Key Delivery Time:

• Your key(s) will be sent automatically by email, within 5-10 minutes provided payment has been successfully confirmed by the store system
• Orders are checked regularly and any "held" orders usually released within 12 to 24 hours.

IMPORTANT

Before using the reset key you must clear the print queue

After using the reset key you must turn the printer off and then back on again before doing any printing

Failing to follow these two simple instructions will result in the reset failing and waste your key.

Returns/Refund Information

Because of the nature of the product it is only possible to organise a return on the following conditions:

1. The return/refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
2. The key must be unused
3. The key must be successfully cancelled on the WICReset central system.

To avoid disappointment, please make sure your printer is compatible with this tool BEFORE you purchase.

The developers for this utility are constantly adding support for new printer models so if your printer is not currently supported and you are interested in getting it included, please contact me with details of your printer model and a valid email address and I'll provide the necessary tool to get your printer profiled for future WICReset versions.
