Following our earlier decision to suspend Royal Mail services due to strike action and the seasonal backlog of packages we have re-assessed the situation and have now reverted the following limitations on shipping services and free-shipping items:

• Royal Mail RM48 services are now available again
• Printer Pad kits (with free shipping applied) are now being sent through:
• [UK orders] RM48 which is an untracked, economy service (as before).
• [International] Spring GDS untracked/economy service (as before)

Customers still have the option to choose faster/tracked services which have proven much more reliable and it recommended for anyone who needs their order urgently.

Future plans:

Royal Mail staff are being balloted to decide if further strike action will take place. If further strikes are scheduled we will be implimenting our earlier plan and switching to tracked services but for now we are monitoring events so we can plan properly.
