Strike action in 2022 completed in December and, after monitoring other ecommerce services for feedback on delivery success rates, we were able to successfully revert our Printer Pad shipping back to using RM48 large letter services again.  As such the overall cost of Printer Pads have come back down and delivery speeds are somewhat slower but still reliable. We stand ready to revert back to DHL Parcel as needed depending on whether and/or when the CWU have balloted their members for strike action and new strike dates are set.

Owing to a mix of Royal Mail strike action and the usual chaos caused by the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the pre/post Christmas volume of package traffic, we've opted to switch all Printer Pad products to a tracked service with adjustments to product pricing to allow for this.

For UK customers this means that your order will be delivered reliably and without strikes causing delays of potentially 2 weeks or more.
For International customers this will reduce the likelihood of lost packages and increase speeds compared to economy airmail.

We'll be reviewing the situation in the New Year and hope to be able to revert shipping options then.
