Phone Line issues - Updated: 06/08/21

Our VOIP phone provider has indicated that attacks have largely been stopped although mitigation efforts aimed at blocking future attacks are ongoing. Phones appear to be working again so normal service has resumed.

Due to a ransom style attack on our VOIP phone provider, we don't currently have full access to our phone system, including voicemails which is making it somewhat difficult to answer calls or respond to customers who have left a message.

Our VOIP provider is trying to resolve things but after two days without service it seems they're struggling.

Worth noting that this only affects our ability to accept or make phone calls. Order dispatch, email, etc... are all unaffected.
