We are always on the lookout for ways to deliver orders quicker, and we are now happy to provide an improved shipping service for customers in the USA.

The new service allows us to inject our packages into the USPS/UPS mail system quicker than we could with our existing Royal Mail Tracked & Secure service thanks to the way the service clears customs.

Primary benefits include:

• Much faster customs clearance time
• Lower costs, particularly for low weight items (up to 40% cheaper)
• Tracking as standard (via the UPS/USPS tracking system)

This service is still relatively new and we currently process items for dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays, due to the collection timetable. Despite this the service is still managing to deliver items quicker than we could previously expect via Royal Mail.

Frequency of dispatch will increase as we push this out to our other marketplace outlets and we look forward to nearly halving our shipping times for US customers.
