This article is intended to provide a few helpful points on identifying and using your WICReset key, as well as identifying the actual source of your key.
Key Source
If you have purchased your WICreset key from OctoInkjet you will receive an automated email from OctoInkjet within 10 minutes providing the key(s) you have purchased.
Please note: This can sometimes be delayed if your payment has been flagged for manual validation
If you have purchased from 2manuals.com, via the utility itself you will receive a separate email with the key included in it. Many customers confuse the first email (usually a receipt for the order) with the key and try to use the receipt transaction ID. This does not work so check your spam folder for a different email with the WICReset key clearly listed.
