Orders for territories that are outside the normal sovereign state will be declined and refunded as invariably the shipping costs and tax applied to orders will often be incorrect.
Please ensure you select the correct territory in the “country” address field to avoid unnecessary frustration and delay in receiving your order.
As OctoInkjet ships orders internationally we are aware that there are some areas that come under the umbrella of nation states such as the Azores, Reunion and Canary Islands but that have different tax laws and shipping restrictions/costs compared to their sovereign state.
As a result it is important that customers please ensure that they are selecting the correct territory in the country address field, rather than the sovereign state when placing their order.
Unfortunately then incorrect information has been provided we will have to reject and refund such orders.
