I'll do my best to ensure your goods arrive and work to your satisfaction but, for whatever reason, there may be occasions when you will need to return one or more items.
Before you return anything you must contact me using the contact details provided and explain the problem(s) you've encountered. This ensures I'm aware of any problems and can act accordingly, as quickly as possible. Once cleared, ALL returns must be sent by a method that requires a signature on receipt to ensure that any losses can be reclaimed in the event of damage or other problems. Please enquire in advance as to a recommended method.
If any items were damaged in transit, it is vital you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, either refuse to accept the item or mark the dispatch sheet accordingly to indicate damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received, a replacement will be dispatched or a full refund offered via your original payment method. We will also reimburse reasonable return carriage costs.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the fault has been verified, a replacement will be dispatched or full refund will be made via your original payment method.
Note returned items are tested, and if found not to be faulty will be returned to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact me to resolve the issue.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision and return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned un-used and in the same condition as received within 28 days or receipt. All returns are at the customers own expense. Once the item is received as per these terms, we'll issue a full refund for the product using your original payment method.
Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business customers so if you are a business customer, it is imperative that you check the condition and function of any products within 14 days of receipt and report any problems promptly.
Please note that I view ALL customers as important so I will do my best to resolve any issues wherever possible.
