[IMPORTANT] Shipping delays/cancellations, Dec' 21st 2020

Following the massive changes to Covid-19 protocols, effective lockdown and barring of passenger airlines from the UK plus the chaos at the border... Well if it wasn't before, it's now pretty obvious that it's time to quit while we're behind.

The following changes have been necessary:

  • Our eBay and Amazon store listngs have now been turned off.
  • ALL Royal Mail services for International customers have been disabled.
  • DPD Classic for International customes has also been disabled (DPD have suspended all services as of this morning - 21/12/20).
  • DHL Express & Fedex Services remain active (for now) for International services

 

Recent shipped/dispatched orders:

We will be keeping an eye on any shipments that are already in the courier and postal systems to see if there's any delays beyond those we're already aware of. Things are slow in many areas and our ability to control those situations is virtually non-existant but most issues were headed off by the changes we made to what and how we could ship orders.

Orders awaiting dispatch (18th to 21st)

We are currently waiting for guidance from our shipping service providers to see how, when or even "if" we can dispatch the orders we have for International customers.

  • DHL Express & Fedex currently remain unaffected
  • DPD Classic - Held
  • Royal Mail - Held/Unavailable to order
  • Asendia/wnDirect - Will definitely be delayed but contingency plans in place.

In some cases we are pre-emptively cancelling and refunding orders as we simply can't guarantee that they will ship in time or arrive successfully.

 

Please note:

We are doing everything we can, with the support of our partners, to make this work, but 2020 is keen to have its grand finale and regrettably, sometimes it's necessary to retreat, regroup and try again later. We will keep you updated as best we can as/when information is available.
