Following our announcement back in May we've reviewed the current situation regarding shipping charges and been able to make a few positive adjustments, particularly for DHL Express.

Unfortunately, the situation for many countries has rebounded before going flat again, particularly in areas where the virus was (and continues to be) seen as a "hoax" so we're not yet in a position to reduce any charges and it's worth noting that we continue to absorb a number of surcharges that aren't being passed on to customers.

DHL Express 

The best news is that DHL Express (International) are offering very competitive rates that will be encouraging for our International customers so for anyone outside the UK, purchasing or looking to purchase refill bundles, ink sets, etc... then we would definitely recommend looking at them. One particular surprise has been the increased costs and speed of Fedex lately so worth considering your options.

We have enabled DHL Express as a shipping option for the USA as a result.

Domestic/UK Deliveries

We are aware that there are still issues with Royal Mail delivery speeds and with holiday cover being applied to other couriers there have been more frequent issues with package deliveries than we'd like, but we're ready to tackle them as/when they occur. Your patience throughout is appreciated.
