[Resolved] 27th - 29th Nov : Germ induced issues

Following a period of ill health on all fronts (children, parents/staff) we've now all recovered from the onslaught of germs and have caught up on all outstanding requests and orders.

There was a small delay to some remanufactured cartridges but we're working to get that work up to date so additional stocks will be available soon.

Due to a nasty bout of germs and bacteria being harboured by the teams offspring we've had to close down and/or reduce our normal work hours, to look after our children, ourselves and each other for a few days.

  • Orders sheduled/taken for November 27th dispatch were delayed by a day but have now been dispatched.
  • Support issues are being tackled albeit slower than normal

While we do seem to be weathering the biological storm we're anticipating a couple more days of playing Nurse so, if you are, or have been affected, apologies. We are doing our best to work around the hurdles.
