UPDATE: August 26th 2019

Martin is now back at work and is catching up on correspondence, issues, etc... from the period that couldn't be resolved earlier.

Some stock issues are pending due to a lost incoming shipment and we're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Once again, it's time for Martin and the rest of the team to enjoy some holiday time with family and to recharge the batteries.

Orders will ship relatively normally but, our availability/response times for pre-sales, support and other queries will be significantly affected.


Period affected: August 7th to 24th 2019


  • Physical orders will dispatch each working day.
  • Order dispatch cut-off is: 11am (GMT+1). Anything received after that will ship next working day
  • WICReset keys will dispatch as normal via the automated system
  • Temporary shipping restrictions over period:
    • Fedex disabled and unavailable
    • Local collection unavailable


Support/Queries - Phone/Email/Helpdesk

  • Phone will redirect to voicemail and will not receive a response until 25th August at the earliest
  • Email/Helpdesk system recommended with responses guaranteed within 3 working days (although likely to be within 1-2 days)

Normal service will resume from August 25th. Please note bank holiday weekend is from 24th to 26th.



As this is our traditionally quieter period we hope the cover in place will be sufficient to deal with most requirements.
If you have a detailed technical question then we'd recommend you use email with as much detailed information as possible so we have the appropriate context to provide a complete solution/response.
We will be checking our helpdesk and email system when the opportunity arises, but the obvious emphasis is on family and getting a much needed break, so your patience in the interim is appreciated.
