Due to the way that emails are now screen using tools such as DKIM and SPF we have had a long standing issue that has resulted in some end-users not actually receiving their reset key email until the information could be manually forwarded.
After a lot of head scratching we believe we've identified the root cause and applied a fix which should resolve the issue moving forward.
We're keeping an eye on things and will adjust as required to get a lasting fix applied and resolved.
