Remote support

In some rare instances we need to access end-users computers to help identify and resolve problems with WICReset or similar.

To help with that we’ve produced the video below to show what to expect when a remote session has been suggested. How to access the support system, allow the required app to install and then join the support session.

For MacOS please read this article for system permissions that need to be set to allow us to access your computer.

Please note: This service is provided as a last resort for customers who are experiencing unusual difficulties in getting WICReset to work or similar.

It does not replace nor remove the need for end-users to read instructions.
