We use a range of envelopes, boxes and cushioning materials to ensure that our orders are securely packed for transit through the postal/courier systems.
If you are particularly concerned about the potential for rough handling with your order please let us know in the order review comments or contact us BEFORE placing the order so we can take extra precautions when packing your order.
Materials Used
Wherever possible and practical we are using recyclable material such as cardboard, card envelopes and starch based loose fill.
It is not always practical or reliable to use non-plastic packaging so use of bubble wrap and/or LDPE bottles is unavoidable at times but we try to minimise this where possible.
The emphasis is on ensuring that products arrive successfully and we actively encourage customers to re-use or recycle any materials used in packaging.
