Problem:
Trying to login to the site or go through cart/checkout process but clicking on the link/button to progress to next stage indicates that the site is trying to take you to the next stage but nothing happens.
Cause:
This is usually caused by the website failing to load all of the necessary code/data required to check for problems with addresses, email address formatting, etc… and as such your web browser finds itself trying to use it repeatedly with no success but without actually providing you with any kind of error.
Solution(s):
To resolve this issue you need to force your web browser to load the files again properly so to do this you need to do one of the following:
Internet Explorer:
Press and hold the CTRL button then press the F5 key
Firefox:
Press and hold the CTRL button then press the F5 key
Google Chrome:
Press and hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys, then press the F5 key
Apple OS:
Press and hold the Apple (or Command) key, then press the R key
