We are now back, and while it's still school holidays, order processing and communication channels are now open as normal. We're working through the backlog of any messages, voicemails and any other administration that we couldn't resolve sooner and will be in touch as appropriate shortly.



As ever members of the team are taking some time off to enjoy with family and to recharge the batteries.

While orders will ship relatively normally, our availability/response times for pre-sales, support and other queries will be significantly affected.


Period affected: August 10th to 22nd 2018


  • Physical orders will dispatch each working day.
  • Order dispatch cut-off is: 11am (GMT+1). Anything received after that will ship next working day
  • WICReset keys will dispatch as normal via the automated system
  • Shipping restrictions:
    • Fedex disabled and unavailable
    • Local collection unavailable


Support/Queries - Phone/Email/Helpdesk

  • Phone now redirected to voicemail (response will be phone signal dependent)
    Recommend you use email
  • Response guaranteed within 3 working days (likely to be within 1-2 days)


Normal service will resume from August 23rd although we will be closed for the bank holiday weekend 25th to 27th.



As this is our traditionally quieter period we hope the cover in place will be sufficient to deal with most requirements.
If you have a detailed technical question then we'd recommend you send an email so we have the full context in which to respond.
We will be checking our helpdesk and email system when the opportunity arises, but the obvious emphasis is on family and getting a much needed break, so your patience in the interim is appreciated.
