On Tuesday (28th Feb) evening we quickly realised that weather reports and falling snow were going to create some substantial headaches. By Wednesday morning it was clear that it was dangerous for staff to travel, schools were closing (so we all had parenting responsibilities), and postal/courier services were unable to actually collect packages.

As a result of this we put a hold on any orders until today (Friday 2nd March) and thankfully the weather has improved. We have since been able to catch up on the backlog and postal/courier services are now starting to get back on track.

All orders from late Tuesday (28th Feb) to date (2nd Mar) have now been packed and dispatched and, although there are still some delays, they should all arrive safely within a day or so of normal estimates.

Obviously the situation has not been ideal but we very much appreciate your patience and understanding in the interim.
