Our monitoring service for the WICReset service was hard coded to check a specific IP address so, when the hosting IP address changed it didn't follow it and reported the service as offline for 24 hours until we could update the monitor information.
This has been fixed and the monitor is once again reporting the service status correctly while the actual service was online the whole time and unaffected.
