Regrettably our intended deadline, for getting orders dispatched and normal service resumed, passed today without our systems being sufficiently operational to make it happen.
The good news is that the problems relating to order dispatch have now all been resolved as of 20:00 hours this evening so we expect to be sending out orders tomorrow.
While we had planned a healthy buffer zone to resolve any problems or issues we didn't count on the sheer volume of issues that hit us in the last few days and while every effort was made to fix, work-around or resolve each problem, we just couldn't get things operational properly until this evening. Moving a large workshop and all equipment plus stock involved a massive effort and while some of the issues were a result of inexperience, many were pure bad luck. As ever we've learned from the experience but hopefully this is the last move for some time.
Apologies to customers who were counting on a more timely dispatch date but we do appreciate your patience and understanding.
