A review of package losses to Israel has uncovered a systematic problem with Israel Post. ALL untracked orders are being reported as lost (requiring a refund) and tracked orders have been taking a considerable time to arrive.

An overall loss rate of 75% means we have little choice but to place restrictions on ALL orders, intended for Israel

From this point on, the following restrictions are now in place:

• All orders will require a tracked shipping service.
• Orders of value £40 GBP (or equivalent) can only be shipped via Fedex

Please note: We are looking into alternative couriers/services for high risk regions and hope to have a solution in the future.

These changes affect all our stores/outlets, including those on Amazon and eBay.

The above restrictions will undoubtedly inconvenience existing and potential customers but we hope you understand that it is simply uneconomical and irrational to accept odds of 3:1 against a package ever arriving.
