Further to our earlier report, the issue was more complex than we'd expected and has been blocking customers from countries where states/counties are not specifically defined in the store system.

A second fix has been applied which we are keeping a very close eye on and will adjust if further intervention is required.

Recently some problems with Paypal Express were being reported that required further investigation. It seems that Paypal have applied a series of Counties for the UK which were not in our store system and as such these were being rejected by our store causing the transaction to fail to a mismatch of order address versus Paypal stored information.

We have since added the missing county information to our database to include those used by Paypal although has meant that we now have duplication of some counties.

At this point we're unsure if this will resolve the issue completely but if you experience these issues contact us and provide your Paypal address details (not your login or any other critical info) and the date/time you attempted the transaction so we can investigate further.

As ever the standard Paypal system is still available via the standard checkout so if you do find yourself getting stuck via Paypal Express, the standard checkout should still work.
