As a few visitors will doubtless have been aware, we made the move to our new server hardware earlier today (Thursday 10th Sept) and it was fraught with a number of technical hurdles which caused all or parts of site to be unavailable at different times.
A great deal of work has been carried out to resolve any bugs, quirks and issues that cropped up but it's fair to say it has felt like a game of whack-a-mole at times.
If you should come across an unexpected error or issue please contact us with as much detail as possible and we'll do our utmost to get the issue(s) resolved.
... that said, we have already noted a significant increase in the site loading time so we're pretty confident it has all been worth it.
Apologies to anyone who got caught up when we were trying to fix things and hope you've been able to get what you needed since.
Update: 15th Sept 2015
As suspected, the move wasn't quite as smooth as we'd hoped and some files failed to transfer properly. This resulted in a number of products "breaking" and was noticed this morning. A number of products were affected (particularly blunt needles) and this meant that they couldn't be added to a cart/order.
We've updated the necessary files so the problem products should now work. A server reboot is still required to fix a few other issues but the primary issue should now be resolved.
