We've survived April Fools day while working hard so, a few things to update you with...

Ink Re-stocking

We've just finished a mammoth initial rebottling of inks that were either out of stock or running low so we now have most of our ink stocks back up and available again. In particular:

• Canon Pro-9000 all volumes
• Canon Pro-9500 - 50ml volumes
• Epson pigments - Cyan / Yellow and a few others

.. that in turn has meant that refill and ink set bundles are now available as well so if you were waiting for stocks to replenish, please check your target items now.

REdSETTER price drop

Due to the consistent drop in the Euro > GBP exchange rate and following a review of order volumes (on some of the older models) we've dropped the prices on all our REdSETTER units with the greatest price drops applies to the PGI-9 and PGI-72 REdSETTERs. So, if you've been waiting, now is definitely a good time to buy.

Ink Price Changes

As we've warned in previous news updates, we're now starting to pass on the increased bulk ink costs to our product lines. We are revisiting our pricing strategy with regard to bulk pricing however so where possible we're trying to hold or minimise price changes for bulk volumes.

Postage Price Changes

The annual Royal Mail price increases have been released so we're updating our shipping price tables accordingly. We're applying late this year due to other priority tasks so expect changes soon.

Easter Orders

It's bank holidays over Easter period so orders won't be shipped Friday or Monday of this weekend (3rd - 6th April). There may also be some delays in responding to email and/or helpdesk messages over the same period as we're all in desperate need of a rest and some time with families so please be patient if this affects you.
