As noted, it turned out the phone signal on location were non-existent so support issues had to wait until our return in the main.

Normal service has resumed and staff cover ensured orders were shipped as normal during the same period.

Due to family commitments, we'll be running on a reduced support basis between:

• Monday to Wednesday :: February 16th to the 18th (2015).

Orders will ship as normal during this period but due to lack of net access email/helpdesk tickets and phone messages are likely to stack up until the evening of the 18th.

Apologies for the inconvenience but there's a sneaky suspicion the location was chosen specifically for its the lack of phone signal.
