WICReset key pricing/delivery changes (VATMOSS)

Due to incoming EU rules on digital delivered content we are having to adjust the approach to our own digital items, which in this instance means the WICReset keys.

The short version is as follows:

  • WICReset keys sold individually (ie: not sold as part of a bundle) will now be shipped as a physical item (ie: paper instructions with key attached).
  • A copy of the key information will be sent by email (as before)
  • A flat rate shipping rate will be applied to cover the postage cost (£1.25 inc VAT).
  • All customers purchasing WICReset keys will be affected, including those outside the UK and EU
  • WICReset keys sold as part of a bundle are already considered physical goods and not affected by this change.
  • Change have now been applied as of December 31st 2014.
