Last Order dates (for pre-Christmas delivery)

As with every December, the increase in eCommerce traffic increases the amount of parcels passing through the postal and courier networks so these are the guideline last-ordering dates for different countries to try and ensure you get your order in time for Christmas.

Royal Mail (Global Services)

• Tuesday 2 December - for delivery in - Asia, Far East (including Japan), New Zealand
  
  
• Wednesday 3 December - for delivery in - Australia
  
  
• Thursday 4 December - for delivery in - Africa, Caribbean, Central & South America, Middle East
  
  
• Friday 5 December - for delivery in - Cyprus, Eastern Europe, Greece
  
  
• Monday 8 December - for delivery in - Canada, Poland
  
  
• Thursday 11 December - for delivery in - USA
  
  
• Friday 12 December - for delivery in - Western Europe (excluding Greece, Poland)

Federal Express / FedEx (International Services)

We have not been provided with any firm 'last ship' dates for FedEx but we would recommend placing your order no later than Monday 15th December to allow for collection and dispatch.

UK Services

• Wednesday 17th December - for UK Economy

• Monday 22nd December - for UK Next Day

Please note, we cannot guarantee these dates will ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas as the postal system at this time of year is notoriously fickle, particularly if weather systems affect transport links (eg: airports) or result in items being warehoused to ride out storms, etc...

In our experience, our products are rarely purchased as Christmas gifts but we do know that customers still want to be able to solve printer problems (like the "Service required" error) or top up their ink supplies so please just be aware that this time of year things tend to go a little slower, experience unusual delays, etc... Your patience throughout is very much appreciated.
