• Helpdesk tickets and emails have now all been resolved as of late on the 29th.
• Orders from the holiday period have all been dispatched and only one order (placed 29th Aug') is outstanding.
• Phone messages taken during the holiday period are still pending (due to the sheer volume of orders we received) but these will be given priority on Monday 1st Sept'.

Effectively we are now back on a normal schedule and look forward to helping old and new customers with their printer needs.

As per our earlier holiday announcement we're now back in country and taking a reduced day to get to grips with the workload that built up in our absence.

A few things didn't work out as planned and we're working to clear the backlog of emails, helpdesk tickets and phone calls that we were unable to respond to sooner.

Orders will be shipped tomorrow as originally stated although we will not be answering the phone/email/etc until they are all processed so if you have a burning question it would be best to send it to our support email address and we'll reply late Friday evening or other the weekend.

Beyond that, the time and space we allowed ourselves provided some much needed time and distance that will help shape the future of OctoInkjet for both our products and our services. So, expect some changes in the short to mid term.
