Printing Blocked

The Waste Ink Bag Kit contains a small "vent piece" that's used to open the valve and empty the bag whenever it's full but due to its size it does occassionally get lost so what can you do when/if you lose the vent piece.

Quick Fix:

The tubing part has a barbed connector that attaches to the bag valve and opens it during normal use so you can resolve the problem by detaching the bag as normal then carefully pulling this barbed connector off the tube before using that as the vent piece.

Obviously you will need to replace the connector again before you can reattach the waste bag but as a quick and dirty fix this will work.

Please contact me indicating your original order references and/or email address used to place your order and I'll organise a replacement vent piece for you.

I do not charge for the first replacement vent piece but I do ask that customers pay it forward by making a donation to the next charitable cause they come across.
