International orders are very welcome on OctoInkjet and to help make it easier we can accept foreign currency  (ie: non-GBP) payments in certain circumstances.

Currencies/Payment Accepted for International Orders

Credit/Debit card payment options only

If you wish to pay using an International Credit Card you can pay using the Credit/Debit Card checkout option and this will allow you to pay for your order in the following currencies:

• USD - US Dollars
• CAD - Canadian Dollars
• EUR - Euros
• AUD - Australian Dollars
• GBP - Pounds Sterling

Using this option (via PayPoint) does not incur the normal foreign currency surcharges that many credit card issuers / banks charge their customers (ie: you) so I would highly recommend this option if you have a Credit Card.

Making a payment in an accepted currency

The process of paying for an order in one of the accepted currencies is as follows:

1. Select your intended currency from the list shown (right hand side of most store pages)
2. Select your order items as normal
3. Complete the Checkout process and make sure you choose the "Credit/Debit Card" payment option
4. Double check that the amount shown is in your chosen currency before you complete the payment details screen
5. That's it..

Other Payment Options

All other payment options must be paid in Pounds Sterling (GBP) because of the problems associated with tracking currency exchange rates and other administrative bookkeeping.

To be clear these payment methods all require payment to be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP)

• Paypal
• BACS / Bank-to-Bank Electronic Transfer (Swift/IBAN)
• Cheque
• Phone payments

International Bank Transfers (IBAN / SWIFT)

While we do accept such payments it is important to note the following requirements:

1. All charges are to be paid by the customer
2. Payment must be made in GBP/Pounds Sterling(£)
   Please do not calculate and pay in any currency other than GBP/Pounds Sterling(£)
3. Up to 14 days are allowed for payment to clear
4. No orders will be released until payment has been confirmed as received and cleared in full

Obviously the bulk of customers will understand and accept the conditions above so most orders will process smoothly and quickly. However, in cases where the above requirements have been ignored, orders may be rejected or held until such time as full payment has been received.

In instances where a refund is necessary, the refund amount will reflect any deductions for bank charges incurred on receipt and as part of refunding.

Please Note:
This option is provided as a courtesy to customers who have difficulty accessing and/or using other payment methods, but is not the most efficient or cost effective way of purchasing from us. If you are able to use a debit/credit card, paypal or one of the other payment options it would be advisable to use that instead.
