Do you ship/post orders anywhere in the world?
As a rule I am happy to ship an order to any part of the world. Note: Obviously some countries have legal limitations on specific items such as sharp needles (even syringes in some cases!). If in doubt, please contact me before purchasing.

How fast are orders normally dispatched?
The rule for all standard orders is that items will be dispatched within 2 working days of an order being received. Whenever possible orders can be dispatched same or next working day depending on stock availability and post office opening hours.

What packaging is used for orders?
Almost all orders are packed in a double layer of bubble wrap and/or bubble envelope to ensure the items can survive rough handling in transit. Can I collect in person?
Unfortunately, this is not possible as a rule. Only very special circumstances would make this possible.
Can you ship my order using my courier?
If you have a specific courier you wish to use to dispatch your order, you will need to contact me to check feasability and to obtain a quote for your order.
What courier and/or postal service is used for shipping?
I use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all of my products.
How is shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is based on the weight of the items with a small margin allowed for packaging. There is also a handling charge of between £0.30 and £1.00 depending on the size of the item and the amount of packaging required.
